We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, changes and no-shows are handled for bookings with Desert Dinner Dubai.
By confirming a booking, you agree to this Cancellation Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before the Experience Date.

| Less than 24 hours or no-show | 100% of total cost |
Note: Cancellation windows may differ for peak seasons (e.g., New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Eid), corporate events, large groups and proposals. Any specific terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
To cancel a booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible:
Your cancellation will be effective from the date and time we receive your written notice. We will confirm receipt in writing.
In many cases, we can reschedule your booking instead of cancelling. Rescheduling is subject to availability and:
If we cancel or reschedule your experience due to unsafe weather conditions, this is governed by our Weather Policy and usually does not incur cancellation charges.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking (e.g., due to safety concerns, force majeure, staff emergencies or regulatory restrictions). In such cases we will:
If you do not arrive at the agreed time and location without prior written notice, it will be treated as a no-show. No-show bookings are charged at 100% of the total booking value and are non-refundable.
If you are delayed, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate, but additional charges may apply.
