Photography and video are an important part of many of our experiences — whether you've requested professional photography or are simply taking your own photos. This policy explains how we handle photography and media at Desert Dinner Dubai, and what rights you have over your own images.
By booking with us, you agree to this Photography & Media Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
You are welcome to take your own photographs and videos during your experience, subject to the following conditions:

From time to time, our team or partners may take photographs or videos during experiences for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, brochures).
We will always ask for your consent before using any images or footage containing identifiable guests for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing before your experience. We will ensure your request is respected.
Where requested, we can blur, crop or omit identifiable features from promotional images.
Photographs and videos taken by our team of our setups, food, tables, camps and locations (without identifiable guests) may be used for promotional purposes without additional consent. These images do not capture personal information.
If we have taken photographs or videos of you during your experience and you have not explicitly consented to their promotional use, you have the right to:

If a photographer, videographer or drone operator has been separately engaged by you (not through us), their own policies on copyright, delivery and usage apply. We are not responsible for their services, but we can help coordinate.
If you send us images (e.g., for a proposal setup reference, custom cake design, or to share on social media), you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant us permission to use them only for the specific purpose you've agreed to.
If you share images or videos of your experience on social media, we love being tagged! You can tag us at our official social media handles.
We may reshare your content (with credit) only if you've tagged us publicly or given us permission.
All photographs, videos and media produced by our team or partners remain the intellectual property of Desert Dinner Dubai or our partners, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guest-taken photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of the guest.
Our handling of photographs and video files containing identifiable individuals is subject to our Privacy Policy. Images are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for the agreed purpose.
We may update this Photography & Media Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
